The survey can be accessed through the link below from Feb. 22- Mar 27 or by filling out a paper copy (information below). It will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on our parish’s efforts to help you grow.  All responses will be confidential and the parish will only receive information about the community as whole. 

IF YOU PREFER A PAPER COPY:
You may pick up a paper copy from the back of church or at the Parish Office. Once completed, drop off the completed paper surveys in the box in the back of church OR to the Parish Office.

This survey should take 10 - 15 minutes to complete. Your responses are kept confidential.
