Introducing the New Baptism Program at St. Mary!
When you are ready to announce your pregnancy to family and friends, please also include the Parish Office! We now have Baptism Packets for the expectant parents which explains everything you need to know about planning your child's Baptism Day.
This packet includes guidelines for choosing Godparents, class dates and all forms necessary to fulfill the Baptism requirements. Just contact the Parish Office (989.587.4201) to begin the process. As some of these forms are time sensitive, please don’t delay in picking up your packet!

Baptism is a wonderful gift for your child; it is salvation in Jesus Christ and membership in His Church.
This is also an important decision on your part, because as the parents, you are the first teachers of your child in the practice of the faith.
This is why before you make the final decision, you yourselves will need to be active in your Christian faith and participating members of this Catholic community. We must teach what we believe and practice what we teach.
