Parish Organizations
Art Committee:
The main purpose is to design and decorate St. Mary Church throughout the year.
Cemetery Board:
The Cemetery Board puts in many long hours to keep the cemetery looking beautiful. This takes a lot of time and dedication, and we thank them and their volunteers for their many hours of service.
Christian Service Commission:
Prepares and distributes Welcome Packages to new members of our parish. Also sponsors a Thanksgiving Food Drive, and distributes the food. After the Spanish Mass, they serve a meal for all the participants of Mass.
Father Miller Trust Fund:
Set up to ensure the continued excellent education of students of St. Mary School.
Mass Set Up:
Assists the sacristan in setting up before Masses.
Prayer Network:
Prays for members of St. Mary Parish who call them with a prayer request. The Prayer Network is there for anyone at any time.
School Advisory Council:
Works on improving the educational environment of St. Mary Parish. The council works with the Finance Council on school budge issues. The Council meetings the 2nd Thursday of every other month,beginning in September. It does not meet during the summer months.
The Rosary Prayer Group:
Since 1987, the Rosary Prayer Group meets every Wednesday at 10:00am at the church, praying for the needs of St. Mary Parish, for individuals, for all souls, and to encourage devotion to Mary our Mother, through the public recitation of the rosary. members of St. Mary parish are invited to join the rosary group.
